Executive
Chef Brian Nasdeo
graduated with honors from the prestigious
Culinary Institute
of
America. Chef Nasdeo has trained under many
distinguished Chefs. This list of Chefs includes Chef John Novi of the
famed Depuy Canal House in New York and Chef Kevin Nash of 33 East
restaurant. After crafting his trade with these chefs, Chef Nasdeo
became Executive Chef of the Old Corner Hotel in Williamsport where he
received 5 out of 5 stars from The Williamsport Sun-Gazette for his
creations. Chef Nasdeo then moved on to work with his family at the newly
formed La Marina restaurant in October of 2005. In early 2006 this new restaurant
received a raving 4.5 out of 5 stars from the Sun-Gazette for its creative
pasta and seafood dishes. This was a notable feat considering the
infancy of the restaurant. Chef Nasdeo looks forward to a continuation
of providing his customers with fine dining style food at reasonable
pricing.
